These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern (i) use of the L.RAPHAEL Genève website (the "Site"), (ii) online purchases of products (the "Skin Collection" / e-shop), and (iii) bookings and provision of spa and aesthetic treatments at L.RAPHAEL Genève (the "Spa"). By using the Site, placing an order, or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.
1) Operator and contact

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site or services. We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on the Site on the date of your use/order/booking will apply.
3) Website content and medical disclaimer
The Site is provided for informational and marketing purposes in the fields of spa care, advanced aesthetics, and well-being.
- Content is provided “as is” and may contain inaccuracies or omissions.
- Site content does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.
- You are responsible for how you use the information on the Site.
4) Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, images, videos, graphics, design elements, code, and trademarks) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or otherwise exploit any Site content without our prior written consent.
- Automated scraping (robots/crawlers/spiders) is permitted only for search engine indexing. Any other scraping is prohibited.
5) Personal data and privacy
We treat personal data as confidential and process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
- Information necessary to manage orders and bookings may be shared with service providers (e.g., payment processors, logistics partners) strictly for performance of the service.
- If you opt in to marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time using the method provided in the message or by contacting us.
6) Online shop (Skin Collection) — prices, orders and payment
6.1 Prices and currencies
- Prices may be displayed in CHF, EUR and/or USD.
- Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude processing, handling, packaging, and shipping costs, which will be shown and charged at checkout once your order is validated.
- Product prices may change at any time; however, changes will not affect an order already confirmed.
6.2 Order confirmation
The amount owed is the amount shown in the order confirmation email.
6.3 Payment
Online payments must be made by the payment methods offered at checkout (typically credit/debit card). Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
7) Delivery and transport
- Products are shipped to the delivery address provided in your order.
- One order cannot be split across multiple delivery addresses.
- We ship goods only after receipt of full payment.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions or customs (where applicable).
8) Returns, exchanges and refunds (Skin Collection)
Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once paid.
- Products may be returned or exchanged within 15 days from delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging (unless the product is defective).
- Any refund, where applicable, may be issued as a store credit.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable if opened or used.

9) Treatments and appointments (Spa)
9.1 Booking and confirmation
- Treatment bookings are subject to availability of therapists, rooms, and required equipment.
- A booking request becomes final only once you receive our confirmation (email/SMS/phone).
9.2 Health information and suitability
- Certain treatments may require completion of a health questionnaire and/or consultation.
- You agree to provide complete and accurate health information. We may refuse or adapt a treatment for safety reasons.
9.3 Spa rules and conduct
Treatments and access to Spa facilities are subject to the Spa’s rules and procedures in force at the time of your visit, which may be updated periodically.
10) Cancellation, rescheduling and no-show policy (Treatments)
We value your time and reserve dedicated resources for each appointment.
- Rescheduling/cancellation: at least 48 hours’ notice is required.
- Late cancellation / no-show: if less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or you do not attend your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
We may require a card guarantee or deposit for certain services, packages, or peak times.
11) Gift cards and treatment vouchers
- Gift cards and treatment vouchers (together, "Vouchers") may be purchased subject to the terms stated at purchase.
- Unless otherwise specified in writing, Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
- Vouchers must be presented prior to redemption.
- Booking to redeem a Voucher follows the same booking and cancellation rules set out above.
12) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or services.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site, nor absence of viruses or harmful components.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g., for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).
13) Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to carrier disruptions, power outages, system failures, strikes, natural events, or governmental measures).
14) Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by Swiss law, in particular Articles 184 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
Jurisdiction: The competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
